Due to the ongoing postal strike, the Town of Gananoque has announced adjustments to its billing processes.

Reminder notices for utility and property tax payments will not be sent by mail. And residents are encouraged to opt for email delivery of invoices to ensure timely receipt.

Residents with questions about their water accounts or seeking to update their information can contact the utility administrator at utilitybills@gananoque.ca or call 613-382-2149 ext. 1117.

The town also offers other payment options, including quarterly pre-authorized payments for utilities. For details, residents can visit the town’s utilities and billing page at Utilities and Billing. Information on property tax payment options is available at Property Taxes.
