Stirling Meadows subdivision officially approved for Brockville

More housing is coming to Brockville.
After years of deliberation and planning, the Stirling Meadows subdivision has been officially approved and will be built on the east side of Windsor Drive, south of Centennial Road, and west of Bridlewood Drive.
As previously reported by Brockvilleist last week, the project was just one final vote away from becoming a reality. At their meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 10, the final plan for the residential subdivision, developed by Juliada Holdings Inc. was unanimously approved by all members of Brockville City Council.
The development will include 74 single-detached homes, 120 semi-detached homes, 105 townhouses, 54 back-to-back townhouses, a 50-unit apartment building, easements, road widenings and nine new streets.
Brockvilleist will continue to provide information on the development of the subdivision as it becomes available.
