Brockville reschedules Canada Day fireworks display for August 2nd

Brockville residents will get a second chance to celebrate Canada Day next month after the city’s annual fireworks display was rescheduled following severe weather that disrupted holiday festivities across much of southeastern Ontario.

In a release issued on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, the City of Brockville announced that its postponed Canada Day fireworks display will now take place on Sunday, August 2, 2026, beginning at 9:45 p.m. at Blockhouse Island.

City officials thanked the public for their patience following the postponement and said they look forward to welcoming the community to Blockhouse Island for the display next month.
